Xbox Series S Controller – Hall Effect Analog Upgrade

A client brought in their Xbox Series S Controller (Model 1914) for an analog stick upgrade. We dismantled the controller, removed the original left and right analog sticks, cleaned the PCB and installed Hall Effect Analog Sticks. The new analogs were calibrated, and the controller housing, buttons and covers were thoroughly cleaned before final testing.
